One of the best gyms I’ve ever seen. Has CrossFit classes for crossfit and em’s fitcamp for beginner and intermediate levels. Classes are very well designed and will address your strength, endurance, agility and mobility over the week. The owner, Emily, is very warm and accommodating and helps you understand things patiently. Highly recommend trying this gym if you want both classes style gym or CrossFit
